NEW YEAR'S RATE NON-REFUNDABLE
After making your reservation, you must provide your credit card details for the guarantee to be charged.
50% of the package will be charged to secure the apartment and the remainder will be charged on the day of check-in.
If the card is not approved, the reservation will be canceled without prior notice.
For New Year's Eve, the advance payment is 50% of the package value.

After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that within 24 hours a deposit of 01 daily is made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of NEW YEAR'S PACKAGE is not allowed, Package is non-refundable.
On other dates:Cancellation of reservations without No Show charge is allowed up to 1 day before the check in date, cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 100% of the first night.
