Reservations made with a credit card require a deposit.
Douro Hotel Porto Antigo reserves the right to charge your credit card for the amount of the first night to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
1. If cancellation is made up to 3 days before the arrival date (up to 12:00 local time), no fee will be charged.
2. In the event of cancellation made less than 72 hours before the arrival date, in the event of a no-show or early departure, the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
