Payment invoiced only to National Operators that have been authorized by our finance company. International operators only credit card. For credit card payments, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in
Cancellation Policies
If there is a need to cancel or change the date of the reservation, the customer must communicate in writing to the Hotel, by email or corporate WhatsApp, cancellation or change by telephone will not be accepted.
The cancellation or change of dates will be subject to the availability of the Hotel. For cancellation and date change, fees will be charged according to the conditions below:
♦ Reservation cancellation: The amount paid will be refunded as follows: Reservations canceled up to 3 days before check-in will receive the full amount paid, after this period there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
♦ Date change: Date change requests up to 72 hours before check-in may use the amount paid in advance as a credit towards a next stay (within 6 months). After this period there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance. The change will be made subject to availability and the values will be readjusted according to the new period chosen.
♦ "No show": Non-attendance without prior written notice 3 days in advance, on the expected date of arrival, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid). THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
