Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The rate is non-refundable, and the reservation will only be confirmed upon advance payment:
- TOTAL payment at the time of booking through the credit card provided at the time of booking, which must be presented at Check-in accompanied by the Card Holder with a document with photo. Credit card payments are not accepted without the cardholder's presence.
- Payment of 50% down payment via bank deposit and balance at the Hotel.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation must be done within 7 days of the purchase date. In case of cancellation, no-show or early departure, the payment made is non-refundable. Reservation changes are considered as cancellations, with no refund of payments already made. Cancellation must be done up to 07 days prior to arrival. For cancellation of packages for holidays and high season (January and July), the deadline is 10 days. Made within these deadlines (07 and 10 days before check-in), the deposit will be converted into a credit for a next booking in the next 06 (six) months. Cancellations outside these deadlines will be considered NO SHOW and there is no obligation to transform into credit.
Any change of apartment or number of people will change the booking values and must be paid at check-in, subject to availability.
