Payment for the reservation must be made via Credit Card. The amount of the first night will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment must be paid at the time of entry, using cash (Brasil Real) or credit cards (American Express, Visa or Mastercard) or debit. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
We accept PIX through the hotel conference.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 1 day before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged for the total amount of the reservation.
