Please be advised that the heated indoor pool, hot tub, games room and gym will be under renovation from May 8, 2023 to July 30, 2023.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations requested up to:
30 days before the start of the stay, 90% of the reservation will be refunded;
15 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the reservation will be refunded;
7 days before the start of the stay, 25% of the reservation will be refunded;
*Requests made after the deadline will not be eligible for the options above.
NO SHOW POLICY
Failure to show up after 24 hours of the scheduled check-in date will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’. After this period, the reservation will be canceled, WITH A RETENTION/CHARGE OF 100% (ONE HUNDRED PERCENT) of the amount due for the reservation made.
Check-in after the reserved date and/or early departure will not reduce the value of the package.
In the event of cancellation of the stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as in cases of early departure, the reservation will be cancelled, WITH RETENTION/CHARGING OF 100% (ONE HUNDRED PERCENT) of the amount due for the reservation made.
FOR CANCELLATION OUT OF TIME/NO SHOW/EARLY DEPARTURE THERE WILL BE NO REFUND, CREDIT LETTER OR CHANGE OF DATE.
