Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon confirmation, which can be divided into 3 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$450.00. Payment by credit card only by the reservation holder, presenting it at check-in. In case of loss/theft, you must be notified in advance and the Police Report informed.
If there is a delay in arrival or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

To confirm the reservation, payment of 50% of the stay is required, by bank deposit (see account details) or by credit card. Payment of the additional amount will be made at check-in. In the case of payment in installments of the value of the stay, payment and installments will be full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation or no show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation policies: - Cancellations from 07 to 30 days before check-in, 10% of the amount paid will be deducted, the remaining balance will be refunded or reverted to a letter of credit to be used within 06 (six) months with the exception of holidays and high season. - Cancellation with fears of 07 days before check-in, there will be no refund. The holder of the reservation may be able to endorse it to another person in charge under the same conditions and date. - If the guest does not show up on the day of check-in, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. - If there is a delay in arrival or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
