Cancellation Policies
In accordance with legal determinations in general and, especially, with the provisions of Deliberação Normativa nº 161/95 of EMBRATUR, cancellation or alteration will be subject to charges and fines, according to the conditions below.
*In case of cancellation requested up to 15 (fifteen) days before the reservation date, the amount that may have been paid for the contracted stay will be returned*. After the above mentioned period, there will be no refund.
*The request for cancellation of the reservation must be requested in writing via E-mail: [email protected]*. Cancellation by phone or WhatsApp will not be accepted, and the deadline for cancellation must be respected.
*In case of rescheduling of accommodation date the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
*Cancellation after check-in (entry)
If the Guest decides to leave before the closing date of their daily stay, he will not be entitled to any refund and should be paid in full.
*No Show (No Cancellation)
A no show occurs when the guest does not arrive on the date of entry booked without any prior notice. The room unit will be available for a maximum period of 24 hours. After this period, the reservation will be canceled both for packages and for other types of reservations. In this case there will be no refund of the deposit already made.
Daily rates start at 2 pm and always end at 12 noon the next day. Independently of the check-in time. *The possibility of staying in the suite after the reservation time* can be checked with the reception desk.
