Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The reservation will be considered effective and confirmed, only after sending the deposit receipt or PIX referring to 50% of the reservation value or payment of 100% of the reservation by credit card. Payment of remaining balances is made upon check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Reservation cancellation up to 30 days in advance of the reserved period, 80% of the amount paid or credit generated will be refunded*. Reservation cancellation up to 15 days in advance of the reserved period, 50% of the amount paid or credit generated will be refunded*. Reservation cancellation with a period shorter than those described above (less than 15 days), will result in the total loss of the amount paid for the contracted Accommodation Package. Agreed values not refunded in case of cancellation without cancellation of Confirmed Reservation. (NO SHOW - is the no-show without prior written notice, on the scheduled check-in date). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled, making the place available to another interested party. After check-in, early departures are the contracted package, the full amount of the contracted Accommodation Rates will be charged, without refund, making the place available to another customer. *credits: 80% of the amount paid will be generated, to be used within 06 months
