Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations up to 30 days before Check-In: 100% of the total amount paid is returned or you can use the credits on later dates within 12 months.
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before Check-In: 50% of the total amount paid will be returned or you can use the credits on later dates within 12 months.
- Cancellation after 15 days before Check-In: The guest will not be entitled to a refund and will not be entitled to use the credits on later dates.
