Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
100% charge of the total reservation amount at any time.
Payments will only be accepted via Credit Card.
It is necessary to pay 50% of the total reservation amount within 14 days before Check-In. Payment via Credit Card only. The rest must be done at Check-In.
Cancellation Policies
NON-REFUNDABLE: Allows date changes up to 15 days before check-in, subject to the conditions and rates applicable for the new date.
For cancellations after this period, a 100% penalty on the total reservation amount will be applied.
Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no show" (cancellation without notice).
The reservation will be held until 12:00 PM the following day. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with a 100% retention of the amount paid), and the room will be made available to other guests.
There will be no refund of the amount paid.
