Cancellation Policies
Reservation cancellation may be requested in advance, subject to the following criteria:
1- Cancellation requests must be in writing and sent to the following email: [email protected] and receipt must be confirmed by the Reservations Center;
2- In accordance with Consumer Protection laws, the deadline for canceling a reservation free of charge is up to seven (7) days after the purchase/payment of the reservation has been made.
3- Cancellation up to 10 days in advance of the check-in date: 100% refund less card/bank fee;
4- Cancellation less than 10 days before check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount deposited;
