Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
• 50% of the total stay will be charged at the time of booking according to the chosen payment method and will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled.
• The debit will be made to the card provided at the time of booking.
• The same credit card used for payment must be presented at check-in to charge the remaining 50%. Failure to present will result in the card being canceled and issued with an in-person card at check-in.
• The reservation can be paid in installments using the card. Choose the installment plan you are interested in on the booking confirmation page.
Cancellation Policies
It is not possible to cancel or change.
- Please note: if canceled or modified, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
- Only choose this Promotional Rate if you are really sure about the accommodation or if you accept full payment if you do not show up on the booked date.
- In case of early departure in any reservation, whether package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the other 50% must be paid at check-in using the same card as the reservation.
- Failure to present the same card will result in cancellation of the first charge and 100% payment on a physical card, presented at check in.
