50% will be charged in advance for booking confirmation.
The collection will be made to the credit card left at the time of booking.
The difference of the amount will be charged at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Valid for holidays, commemorative dates and high season (months of December, January, February and March)
- Reservations canceled up to 30 days before the arrival date - 90% refund of the total reservation value;
- Reservations canceled between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date - 50% refund of the total reservation value;
- Reservations canceled less than 15 days before the arrival date - the full amount will be charged;
- In the event of a show, that is, the guest does not show up on the reservation entry date, the apartment will be released for rental the following day, with the reservation being canceled for all purposes, without the right to refund the advance amount;
- In case of early departure in any reservation, whether package or not, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- 50% will be charged at the time of booking and the other 50% must be paid at check-in using the same card as the reservation.
- Failure to present the same card will result in cancellation of the first charge and 100% payment on a physical card, presented at check in.
