Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that within 24 hours the payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation is made, either by Credit Card, PIX or Bank Deposit, to guarantee the apartment's lock.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
The remainder of the payment must be made at Check-In, in cash, Debit or Credit in up to 5 installments.
