Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the information for it.
If the payment is not made or the receipt is not sent to the email [email protected], the reservation will be automatically canceled and the hotel will be able to use the room.
Cancellation Policies
In case of changes and cancellations up to 24 hours before the arrival date, no charge will be made.
If the guest does not show up, the reservation is automatically marked as “No Show” and the corresponding penalty, equivalent to the deposit, will be charged.
