Cancellation must be done 48 hours before arrival. For cancellation of packages for holidays and high season, the deadline is 96 hours. Made within these deadlines (48h and 96h before), the deposit will be transformed into a credit for the next date. After this, it will be considered NO SHOW and there is no obligation to transform it into credit.
