Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 10/9/2026 - 10/11/2026
10/30/2026 - 11/1/2026

Cancellations made up to 10 days before the show or in the event of a no-show will be charged the full amount.

(*) In cases of returns/refunds, we will charge 10% as administrative fees.

Up to 45 days before check-in – refund of up to 60% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in another period (Low Season), depending on availability;
Between 45 and 30 days – refund of 50% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in low season, depending on availability;
Less than 30 days before check-in – there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations up to 45 days before entry or any event at the show will be charged for the full period.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will not be refunded.

*Up to 16 days before arrival – 90% refund.

(*) In cases of refunds, we will charge 10% as administrative fees.

No refunds or reimbursements of any kind will be given.

Date changes (check-in/out): Subject to availability and pricing analysis, and may or may not be accepted depending on the requested advance notice.

On other dates:

Up to 30 days before check-in – refund of up to 60% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in another period (Low Season), depending on availability;
Between 30 and 15 days – refund of 50% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in low season, depending on availability;
