For this period there is no deadline for cancellation without charge.
Only reservations with an irrevocable no show guarantee.

Cancellations up to 45 days before entry or any event at the show will be charged for the full period.

Up to 45 days before check-in – refund of up to 60% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in another period (Low Season), depending on availability;
Between 45 and 30 days – refund of 50% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in low season, depending on availability;
Less than 30 days before check-in – there will be no refund of the amount paid.

On other dates:

Up to 30 days before check-in – refund of up to 60% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in another period (Low Season), depending on availability;
Between 30 and 15 days – refund of 50% of the amount paid or a letter of credit for the amount paid to be used in low season, depending on availability;
Less than 15 days before check-in – there will be no refund of the amount paid.
