Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After making the reservation, the guest will have 24 hours to send the voucher to the e-mail of the reservations department, in the amount of 100% of the reservation value. (reservas@hotelaguadecoco.com.br). If the voucher is not found, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Cancellation Policies
It is necessary to pay 100% of the reservation amount in advance. If the guest chooses to cancel, the amount of the fine will be 100% of the reservation, and no amount will be refunded. In case of no-show, the fine is 100% of the reservation value. *Be aware of which tariff plan you choose! Both the non-refundable rate and the rate with free cancellation, every guest is entitled to a full refund up to 7 calendar days after the date of issue of the reservation, according to article 49 of the consumer protection code. After the eighth calendar day, the hotel policy determined for each tariff plan will take effect. *CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGE TO DAILY BOOKINGS Up to 14 calendar days before checkin date, full refund. (Free cancellation rate plan. Not applicable for non-refundable rates). Between the 13th and 1st day of the check-in date, a fine of 100% of the total amount of the contracted reservation will be charged. *Rebookings: The hotel offers only 1 rebooking included in the reservations, respecting the request deadline. The hotel reserves the right to charge the difference in rate in case of rebooking, with seasonal and non-fixed rates.
