After making the reservation, the guest will have 72 hours to send the receipt to the reservation sector email (reservas@hotelaguadecoco.com.br). If the receipt is not located, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancellation Policies
Up to 5 days before the check-in date, cancellation is allowed without charge. Between 5 am and the day of check-in, a fine of 100% will be charged on the total amount of the contracted reservation. In case of no-show, the fine is 100% of the reservation value. *Any changes must be made no later than 72 hours before check-in. After this period it is not possible to change the reservation. *Be aware of which tariff plan you choose! Both the non-refundable rate and the rate with free cancellation, every guest is entitled to a full refund up to 7 calendar days after the date of issue of the reservation, according to article 49 of the consumer protection code. After the eighth calendar day, the hotel policy determined for each tariff plan will take effect. *CANCELLATION AND/OR CHANGE TO DAILY BOOKINGS Up to 5 calendar days before checkin date, full refund. (Free cancellation rate plan. Not applicable for non-refundable rates). Between 5 and 1 day of the check-in date, a fine of 100% of the total amount of the contracted reservation will be charged. *Rebookings: The hotel offers only 1 rebooking included in the reservations, respecting the request deadline. The hotel reserves the right to charge the difference in rate in case of rebooking, with seasonal and non-fixed rates.
