1) Reservations canceled up to 30 days in advance of the date of entry, will refund 100% of the deposited amount, less the<br/>administrative costs. Cancellation and refund must be done by email.<br/>2) Reservations canceled 29 and 10 days before the date of entry will only refund 50%. Mandatorily the<br/>cancellation and refund must be done by email.<br/>3) Reservations canceled up to 9 days or 96 hours before the start of the contracted rates, THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS<br/>OF THE DEPOSITED AMOUNT.<br/>4) No-Show: It is considered a No-Show when the guest does not show up at the hotel, without prior notice or contact, until 17:00 hours on the day of the start of the contracted rates, at which time the reservation will be canceled and the apartment released for new reserves. In this<br/>In this case, there will be no refunds. We ask that you please inform us of your arrival time if it is after 17:00 hours.<br/>5) In case of early departure, the total value of the package contracted will be charged, as the reservation has been made<br/>for the entire period, making it impossible to reserve someone else.<br/>6) Transfer of Ownership: Reservations may be transferred and used by other persons, at the discretion of the booking, in the<br/>same dates and conditions, and must be informed in writing in advance by e-mail.<br/>7) Reservation reservations, respecting the above mentioned deadlines, reservation with deposit may be rescheduled in another period in a<br/>period of 01 (one) year, depending on availability, except holidays and commemorative dates.<br/>7.1) It will not apply to the above amount, interest and/or monetary correction, regardless of the time that it is not<br/>used.<br/>7.2) The credit ALWAYS refers to the VALUE, and never in the amount of daily rates and/or suite model, as in periods<br/>specials (holidays) the rates charged for daily rates are different and or the model previously booked is not available.<br/>7.3) The use of credit may be requested at any time within the period informed above, subject always to<br/>availability of rooms in the inn's suites.<br/>7.4) The rebooking number to use the credit will be a maximum of 02 (two) times, that is, after<br/>cancellation of the reservation that gave rise to the credit, the customer may reschedule the reservation and later cancel it for a maximum of 02<br/>times.
