Cancellation Policies

// CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS – EXCEPT HIGH SEASON, LONG HOLIDAYS, NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL //

• Requested up to 15 days in advance of the start of the package or daily rate, the total amount paid will be refunded, minus the cancellation and refund fees. If the 15-day period is not respected, a fine will be imposed as indicated in the items below:

1. Between 14 and 5 days, 30% of the amount paid will be charged.
2. Between 4 days until the start of the package or daily rate, 100% of the amount paid will be charged.


// CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS FOR HIGH SEASON, NEW YEAR'S EVE, CARNIVAL AND LONG HOLIDAYS //

• Requested up to 15 days in advance of the start of the package, the total amount paid will be refunded, minus the cancellation and refund fees. If the 15-day period is not respected, a fine will be imposed as indicated in the items below:

1. Between 14 and 7 days, 40% of the amount paid will be charged.
2. Between 6 days and the start of the package, 100% of the amount paid will be charged.


// BOOKING CANCELLATION FOR GROUPS AND EVENTS //

• Cancellation up to 3 days after payment of the 1st installment will incur a fine of 10% of the amount paid so far and refund of the remaining amount. Outside this period there will be charges as indicated in the items below:

1. Up to 90 days from the check-in date, 50% of the amount paid.
2. From 89 to 60 days from the check-in date, 75% of the amount paid.
3. Less than 60 days from the requested entry date (group check-in), full payment for the contracted services will be charged (no-show).


// WITHDRAWAL WITHOUT CANCELLATION (NO-SHOW) //

• Failure to show up, without prior written communication, on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a no-show, withdrawal without cancellation, with retention of 100% of the amount paid.


// WITHDRAWAL AFTER ENTRY //

• Canceling your stay after arrival or canceling any service included in the package will not entitle you to any type of refund, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package. Early departure will not entitle you to a cash refund or credit for new nights.

General Policy

- Cancellations or modifications untill 24 hours before the check-in schedule will be free of cost. Cancellations, modifications and no shows after the mentioned period will be charged 100% of the reservation first night;

- Every Reservation must be guaranteed with a credit card;

- The Check-in schedule is from 2pm and the Check-out must be done not later than 12pm.Early check-in and late check-out may have additional costs;
- One Child not older than 2 years old will not be charged, as long as child sleeps in one of the preexistent beds in the apartment. Children older than 2 years old will have an additional cost. In cases of 2 children, both under 3 years old, one will be free of charge and one will be charged an additional cost;

- No pets allowed.
