Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Full payment must be made within 24 hours to guarantee the reservation. Proof of payment must be sent to [email protected], along with your reservation voucher.
Reservations without identified payment will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.
Cancellation Policies
The following are the conditions now established and made public, so that no one may claim ignorance thereof:
This contract aims at the provision of lodging services by the contracted party (HOTEL) to the contracting party (GUEST);
To guarantee the reservation, full payment will be requested. This payment must be made via Pix, according to the conditions detailed on the website.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase, any amount paid in advance will be refunded within 5 (five) business days. Bank fees (DOC and TED) may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
In case of cancellation after 7 (seven) calendar days after purchase, or in case of no-show, the client will not be entitled to a refund of the deposited amount or alteration of the reservation due to it being a promotional and non-refundable rate;
Formal cancellation requests must be submitted via email to the reservations department ([email protected]) to protect the rights of both parties.
For reservations made with the "non-refundable" rate, the Hotel reserves the right not to refund the amount paid in case of cancellation, considering that this is a specific promotional rate with a non-cancellation guarantee.
For reservations confirmed upon payment, the room will be available until 10:00 AM the day after the scheduled arrival date.
The accommodation includes all services previously specified in your reservation confirmation.
