Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The purpose of this contract is to provide accommodation services by the contractor (HOTEL) to the contractor (GUEST);
Reservations will be considered from 2:00 p.m. on the date of arrival until 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the date of departure; any tolerance by the hotel will depend on availability, which must be expressly authorized by the hotel;
In order to guarantee the reservation, full payment or at least 50% (fifty percent) of the total reservation will be requested. This payment may be made by bank slip/pix or by credit card (in cash or in installments according to the conditions detailed by the hotel's Sales Center);
Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation of the reservation within 7 (seven) calendar days after the purchase, the amount paid in advance will be refunded within 5 (five) business days. Bank fees (DOC and TED) may be deducted from the amount to be refunded. In case of purchase made by credit card, the company will make the refund in cash through a deposit, with a 5% discount on the card fee;
At the customer's discretion, within 7 (seven) calendar days after the purchase, the amount may be transferred to a future reservation or to another person duly authorized by the customer. If there is a difference in rates according to the period chosen and number of people, this will be charged at check-in (arrival), as per the reservation;
In case of cancellation later than 7 (seven) calendar days after the purchase, or in case of no-show, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amount deposited or to change the reservation;
