Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- Reservations made via deposit will be confirmed with a voucher after sending proof of transfer/pix of at least 50% of the value to the email [email protected] within two business days. After this period, the reservation is automatically canceled.
- The rest of the payment must be made at check-in, via cash or pix. If the remainder is paid by card, discounts for cash payment will not be granted.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is free! You can request a postponement of the reservation up to 48 hours before check-in. In this case, we will issue a letter of credit with the amount paid in advance and this credit can be used for accommodation and consumption within 12 months. Rates are non-refundable. If cancellation is made less than 2 days before check-in, no credit or refund will be given.
