Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
- Reservations made via credit card are confirmed at the time of payment with the card and can be paid in up to 10 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$30.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is free! You can request a postponement of the reservation up to 48 hours before check-in. In this case, we will issue a letter of credit with the amount paid in advance and this credit can be used for accommodation and consumption within 12 months. Rates are non-refundable. If cancellation is made less than 2 days before check-in, no credit or refund will be given.
