Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations: up to 10 days in advance, we will refund 90% of the amount, 10% of which will be used for bank charges. Up to 72 hours in advance, 50% of the value will be refunded. After this period, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be communicated via email to [email protected] and afterwards it is necessary to confirm receipt of the email by phone (54) 99268 3899.
