Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, a deposit of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the lock of the apartment.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice, send proof for confirmation.
For Companies and Operators authorized by our finance company to invoice, the invoice will be sent 15 days after Check-Out or according to individual agreement.
Cancellation Policies
12/16/2024 - 1/4/2025
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 15 days before the Check-In date, cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the stay.
