Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
1- Our payment policy does not accept checks, whether those of the holder of the reservation, third parties or legal entities.
2- It is mandatory to present at check-in the credit card used for payment of the reservation together with a document with a photo of the cardholder (We do not accept cards from third parties and / or legal entities).
3- For billing to companies / agencies the minimum amount is R $ 500.00, upon registration approval (minimum 03 working days before lodging), with 10 days for payment
3- - Travel agencies are commissioned at 10%. Payment will be made upon presentation of an invoice after receipt of the accommodation invoice by the Hotel.

Cancellation Policies
1 - In case of cancellation request by the client when there is any type of prior payment to guarantee the reservation, the amounts will be returned obeying the following scale in advance of the date of entry: from 15 days 100% refund, from 14 to 07 days 50% refund, in the case of shorter periods the amount credited will be considered for no-show payment, therefore it will not be refunded, regardless of what motivated the cancellation.
2 - In the event of any cancellation of credit cards at the request of the customer (following the same scale as the previous item), the hotel's liability will be limited to the REQUEST from the administrator of the card in question. We will not assume any responsibility regarding the effectiveness of the process, nor with any charges on the customer's invoice, due or not, after the order.
