Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The total amount of the reservation will be debited from the Credit Card informed 8 (eight) days after the purchase is made, according to the number of installments chosen.
The resort does not accept credit card payments from third parties who are not staying and reserves the right to cancel reservations that do not fall within this parameter.
Payment for the reservation or credit card revalidation must be made within 24 hours after sending the link. If payment is not made within the established deadline, the reservation is automatically canceled and the rate invalidated.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations, No Shows or Early Departure: A letter of credit will be issued for the unused amount, valid for 12 months, which can be used to deduct the value of the new reservation according to current rates. The letter of credit corresponds to amounts and not daily rates.
According to Article 49 of Law No. 8,078 of September 11, 1990, the consumer may withdraw from the contract, within 7 days of signing it or receiving the product or service, whenever contracting the supply of products and services occur outside the commercial establishment, especially over the telephone or at home.
