The Rate

Includes:
- Accommodation and buffet breakfast at the restaurant;
- Wifi;
- Parking 200 meters from the Hotel.

The reservation is only valid for the number of adults and children confirmed on the reservation. Any change to the number of adults and children requires prior request to the hotel and confirmation from the hotel (subject to room type capacity) and a possible change in the total reservation price.

The City Tax is not included in the rate.

Deposit / Guarantee Policies

PAYMENT POLICIES:
At the time of check in, the guest will be asked for a credit card in guarantee for incidental expenses (telephone, laundry, mini bar, room service, restaurants, among others) that are not included in the package.
III. Special instructions for Billing:
You are asked to inform the booking agent of the name you want on the tax invoice. The hotel is not responsible for the names issued on these invoices.
IV. Payment conditions:
All reservations must be pre-paid before the arrival of the guest, unless a credit has been established with the Hotel. If you wish to establish credit with the Hotel, you must contact your Sales Manager.

If the Operator has established credit with the Hotel, all Vouchers must be paid no later than 3 days after receipt of the total invoice. If the invoice is not paid in the established period, the Hotel reserves the right to suspend the Operator's credit and request the full payment of the account that the Operator has with the Hotel. If this payment is not made to the Hotel at the requested time, the Hotel reserves the right to definitively cancel the Operator's credit. In this case, the Operator will be notified in writing.

In the case of FIT, if the operator does not have credit approved with our company, all reservations must be pre-paid up to two (2) days before the arrival of the guest.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates:
4/1/2024 - 5/31/2024

Free of charge until 3 days before date of check-in. Less than 3 days will be charged the 1st night
No-show will be charged the total price of the reservation.
