BOOKING POLICY
* Pre Payment: To confirm the reservation, we have the option of paying in full via credit card or in advance equivalent to one night at the time of booking and the remainder at check in
• Credit card – installments in up to 10 installments, interest-free, with a minimum installment of R$200.00 – at the time of booking;
• We consider RESERVATIONS MADE only after proof of payment.
• After proof of payment, your VOUCHER will be issued.
• We grant a courtesy for children up to 5 years old and children from 6 to 12 years old, the amount charged is 180 reais per child.
• For children over 12 years old, they will be considered as an adult
• The use of sound equipment in any hotel facility is expressly prohibited.
• Our check-in time is 6pm and check-out time is 2pm
Check prices and availability for early check-in and late check-out.
• Hotel Fazenda Dona Francisca has 100% non-smoking rooms with smoke detection alarms. If the alarm goes off, an extra fee for cleaning and deodorizing the apartment will be added to your bill, in the amount of R$200.00 per day.
• Any property damage caused by the guest, as well as the loss or damage of items borrowed or belonging to the hotel's accommodation, will be charged to the account, an amount to be determined by the hotel.
• We are not responsible for objects and valuables left in the apartments and common areas of the hotel. Please leave your valuables safely.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation
The following deadlines will be applied by the HOTEL for canceling, transferring or advancing confirmed reservations:
1. Up to 15 (fifteen) days prior to the check-in date, there will be no fines and a full refund will be made
discounting only administrative fees; which will be carried out within 10 business days after sending the data for reimbursement;
2. Between 14 (fourteen) and 7 (seven) days in advance of accommodation, a letter of credit will be issued in the amount of the
payment made within 1 (one) year for use in our Hotel. It will be mandatory to present the letter of
credit and photo ID at check-in.
3. From 6 (six) days in advance of accommodation there will be no refund or issuance of a letter of credit for the amount
paid out. Amounts paid in installments to your credit card will be charged in full.
At the show
Failure to show up on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without
cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the entry time. After this period it will be
canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), and the accommodation may be made available to other guests.
There will be no refund of the amount paid.
Withdrawal
Cancellation of stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason whatsoever, is not
will be entitled to any type of refund, cash refund or letter of credit, resulting in total loss of the amount
pay for the daily rate or accommodation package.
Prices will be valid for the reserved period, that is, for partial cancellations due to late check-in or check-out
In advance, the total amount for the reserved period will be charged.
Date change
The deadline for changing the date is 7 (seven) days before the check-in date.
No transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in
price between rates from one period to another.
