NON REFUNDABLE
• We request advance payment/guarantee of 100% of the total reservation amount in pix, bank deposit or credit card at the time of booking. We do not accept payments by checks.
• On the dates of: 02/17/2023 to 02/21/2023, 12/28/2023 to 01/03/2024, 02/09/2024 to 02/14/2024, we work with prepayment/full guarantee at the time of booking (100% of the value).
Cancellation Policies
NON REFUNDABLE
• Non-refundable rates. In case of no-show, early departure, we will charge 100% of the advance no-show payment/guarantee as a fine.
• On the dates of: 02/17/2023 to 02/21/2023, 12/28/2023 to 01/03/2024, 02/09/2024 to 02/14/2024, we work with prepayment/full guarantee at the time of booking (100% of the value).
• Changing the accommodation period may change the prices already contracted, to be done depending on the availability of the desired period.
