Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Após a confirmação da reserva é necessário que em até 24 horas seja efetuado o depósito de 50% do valor total da reserva para garantir o bloqueio do apartamento.

Caso o pagamento não seja identificado dentro do prazo a reserva estará sujeita a cancelamento sem aviso prévio.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations and changes to reservations are subject to a penalty on the value of the reserved package, as per the following information:

>Changes are only permitted at least 30 days before the check-in date;

>In case of cancellation within the deadline, the operation fee will apply to reservations paid by credit card;

>In case of cancellation at least 30 days before the stay, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded;

>In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the stay, there will be no refund;

>In case of total or partial No-show (no-show), there will be no refund;

>Early check-out: cancellation of the stay after checking into the hotel will not entitle you to a refund, discount or reimbursement (regardless of the reason). The amount of 100% of the remaining daily rates already paid will be retained;

>We postpone the reservation upon proof of Covid-19 contamination, in case of rescheduling the guest will have a maximum period of 06 (six) months, the rate will be subject to readjustment for the new desired period.
