• Reservations canceled up to 30 days in advance of check in: 100% refund of the full amount
• Reservations canceled up to 7 days before check in: Fine of 50% of the full amount
• Reservations canceled up to 72 hours before check-in or no-show (No-Show): no refund, fine of 100% of the full amount
