The details of a valid credit card will be requested as a guarantee for cancellation, modification or No Show after the deadline at the time of confirmation of the reservation and as a deposit of one night to guarantee it.

Cancellations or modifications of the reservation are not accepted, payment in advance of the total value on the guarantee card at the time of confirmation.

According to Colombian tax legislation, foreign citizens and non-resident Colombians, with a PIP-3, PIP-5, PIP-6, PIP-10 or TP-7, TP-11 TP-12 visa and who have stayed less than 183 days, continuously or discontinuously, in the country, are exempt from VAT during their stay.

Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

If both parents travel with children under 18 years old, they must present a birth certificate and photo identification of the minor. In the event that one of the parents, relative or guardian is accompanying the child, they must present a notarized consent from both parents.
