After confirming your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount must be paid within 24 hours to secure the apartment.

We charge a service fee based on daily rates and consumption (optional upon check-out).
Cancellation Policies
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. After that, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
