Cancellation policy for high season and holidays - Free changes or cancellations are permitted up to 15 (fifteen) days before check-in; In cases of no shows and late cancellations, we will charge the daily rate for the entire period; We do not work with refunds.
On other dates:Cancellation policy for low season - Free changes or cancellation is allowed up to 7 (seven) days before check-in; Cancellations and changes after the deadline, we will charge the amount of 01 (one) night; In case of no-show without prior notice, no show will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We do not work with refunds.
