Deposit / Guarantee Policies

New Year and Carnival Packages *CONFIRMATION UPON APPROVAL OF CREDIT CARD* 100% of the total daily rate will be debited after purchasing the reservation. Deposit term: up to 02 (two) days from the purchase of the reservation. The proof of deposit along with the reservation number must be sent as an attachment to the e-mail: [email protected] , if you deposit and do not send the proof by the aforementioned deadline, this reservation will be CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION: After we receive the receipt, we will have a period of up to 48 hours (working hours) to locate the payment and confirm the reservation, only then will your reservation be secured.

Cancellation Policies

NON-REFUNDABLE - CHARGED 100% OF THE RESERVATION IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW.

Over 07 days from the date of check-in, no termination fee will be charged for the contracted reservation; From 06 days before check-in or NO SHOW (no show) a fine of 100% of the first night will be charged.
