Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The total cost of accommodation is paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The credit card used for the reservation must have the guest's name printed on it and be presented at reception upon the guest's arrival at the hotel.
We do not accept third party cards.
Cancellation Policies
Non-Refundable Policy. We will debit 100% of the reservation value upon request. It cannot be canceled or changed. 100% of the reservation will be charged in case of no-show.
