Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The total cost of accommodation is paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking. The credit card used for the reservation must have the guest's name printed on it and be presented at reception upon the guest's arrival at the hotel.
We do not accept third party cards.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation without penalty up to 3 days before arrival, except for package periods and holidays. After this period, in case of cancellation or modification, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded. Except in cases of Non-Refundable Rate, where changes or cancellations are not permitted after making the reservation. Any amounts paid in advance with the “non-refundable” condition will not be refunded.
