Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy: Up to 60 days from check-in date: fine of 15% of the amount paid. From 59 to 30 days from the check-in date: fine of 30% of the amount paid. From 29 to 15 days from the check-in date: fine of 50% of the amount paid. 14 days or less from the check-in date, 80% of the amount paid will be retained. NOTES: 1) If the customer chooses to cancel without refund, the total amount paid will be credited, valid for up to one year, and no fine will be applied. 2) Changes to stay dates will only be accepted 30 days in advance or more.
