Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, it is necessary that, within 48 hours, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is made to guarantee the apartment's lock. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
The inn is not responsible if the withdrawal of the accommodation occurs for fortuitous reasons or force majeure. The amount deposited is agreed to guarantee the guest the reservation of their place and confirmation of their presence at the inn. In case of cancellation very close to the date, the possibility of re-renting is very low, as demand decreases. In this case, each party assumes 50% of the total loss of the canceled accommodation. So pay attention to deadlines:
I. The request must be made in writing, by fax or e-mail, telephone communications not being accepted;
II. Period prior to 15 days of check-in (15 days for events, holidays and Saturday nights), the deposited amount becomes the full accommodation credit, to be used within 60 days, except for packages, holidays and events;
III. Less than 15 days before check-in (15 days for events, holidays and Saturdays only), 100% of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation penalty, without rescheduling dates or converting to credit;
4. If no guest shows up on the informed day of arrival, the apartment will be automatically released the next morning;
V. Withdrawal during the accommodation period implies payment in full for the period booked.
