Deposit / Guarantee Policies

• The equivalent of 50% of the total amount will be processed up to 7 days before the check-in day using the selected payment method:
o Credit card;
o Bank deposit;
the PIX.
Reservations and payments:
- All reservations must be guaranteed with payment of 30% of the total amount via bank deposit, transfer or pix, and the remaining balance can be paid in up to 6 installments via credit card;
- Cancellations or changes up to 14 days before check-in time can be made free of charge;
- Cancellation, changes and no-shows after this period will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount;
- For cancellations, changes or no-shows, if any type of payment has been made, the amount will not be refunded, regardless of the period prior to check-in.
