For rates with special conditions, we need a 100% guarantee of the reservation, at the time of purchase, or 45 days before the date of arrival.
On other dates:
a) When making a reservation, the guest is aware of and fully accepts the conditions described here, ruling out any allegation of ignorance or induction into error; points of sale of the Hotel, by those accompanying each respective apartment;c) The consumption of food or drinks is not permitted in the common areas of the hotel, other than those provided by the Hotel's own points of sale;d) It is not permitted to entry of animals of any size;e) The entry and circulation of “coolers” or thermal boxes is not permitted on the hotel premises; bungalows and social areas.f) The consumption of cigarettes, cigars and hookahs is prohibited in our accommodations, in accordance with State Law, if applicable, there will be a cleaning fee of R$ 1000.00 (one thousand reais) automatically.
g) In case of no show, the amount of the first night's stay will be charged as a fine.
