Cancellation Policies
Pousada Policies: - Within 30 days of the booking entry date, we will refund the deposited amount or it will be used as a credit for a new date to be rescheduled upon request. - If the cancellation notice is less than 30 days, it will not be refunded. - In case of no-show, we will not refund the amount paid. - For children under 18, we need documentation to be presented at check-in.
