Cancellation Policies
For guaranteed reservations, cancellation can be made in 04 situations: 1. Less than 7 days from the check-in date, the amount paid will not be refunded. 2. Between 8 and 14 days, a letter of credit or refund equivalent to 50% of the amount paid will be issued. 3. Between 15 and 30 days, a letter of credit or refund equivalent to 70% of the amount paid will be issued. 4. Over 30 days, a letter of credit or refund equivalent to 90% of the amount paid will be issued. All amounts paid in advance to guarantee the reservation will be refunded within 15 working days, discounting any credit card or bank transfer fees. NOTE: Remaining nights will not be canceled at the counter for guests who have already checked in, the amount charged will be maintained as if the guest were to stay at the inn until the end of their stay negotiated during the sale. Therefore, there is no renegotiation of stay.
