After confirming the reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the reservation must be made to secure the apartment. The remaining amount can be paid in up to 6 interest-free installments at check-in.

If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

INFORMATION ABOUT THE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy - Terms in Accordance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC)

In order to ensure clarity and transparency, our cancellation policy is based on the guidelines established by the *Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990)*, in order to protect the rights of our guests. Below, we have detailed the main information so that you understand how to proceed in case of cancellation, cancellation or change of your reservation.

Right of Withdrawal

According to *Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the consumer has the right to **withdraw from the purchase, within **up to 7 (seven) calendar days* from the contracting of the service, whenever the purchase was made *outside the commercial establishment* (such as by telephone, internet or other remote means).

In this case:

- Cancellation can be made *free of charge* for the consumer, and all amounts paid must be returned in full within the same period, without the incidence of fines.

Cancellation or Change of Reservation Outside the Refund Period

For cancellations made *outside the refund period* (after 7 days); The following rules apply:

1. Cancellation by the guest:
- In case of cancellation after the cooling-off period or outside the terms previously agreed in the reservation policy, *compensatory fines* will be charged, in the following terms:
- Cancellation with 30 days in advance, a 40% fine
- Cancellation with 20 days in advance, a 50% fine
- Cancellation with 10 days in advance, a 60% fine
- Cancellation with 5 days in advance, a 70% fine
- Cancellation with less than 5 days in advance, an 80% fine

2. Reservation changes:
- Changes in dates and services will be subject to *availability* and may incur rate differences, depending on the period and the current rate policy.

3. No-show:
- In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the hotel will retain the full amount paid, and the guest will not be entitled to any refund and/or letter of credit.

Force Majeure and Acts of God

According to *Art. 393 of the Civil Code, situations of **force majeure* or *acts of God* (such as natural disasters, pandemics or other conditions beyond the control of the consumer or the hotel) may generate special conditions for canceling or rescheduling reservations.

In these cases, both the consumer and the hotel may negotiate an amicable solution, such as changing the reservation date without penalty or a partial refund, GENERATING A LETTER OF CREDIT FOR THE GUEST TO USE THE RESERVATION WITHIN A NON-EXTENDABLE PERIOD OF 06 (SIX MONTHS).
