GUARANTEE: Your reservation must be guaranteed by paying the TOTAL AMOUNT UP TO THREE (3) DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN. For credit card payments, we will debit the full package amount after booking. For PIX payments, make a PIX using the QR code or Payment link sent by the hotel |
PAYMENT: A charge equivalent to the TOTAL VALUE OF THE PACKAGE is made UP TO THREE (3) DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN as a guarantee. Any extra consumption must be paid when requested by the hotel team, which may be at the time of service, at check out or at any other agreed time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Hipercard, Elo, and Amex cards.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation is possible if made up to FIFTEEN (15) DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN. In case of reservations canceled LESS THAN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN, or guest no-show, an amount equivalent to one night's stay plus non-refundable extras will be charged.
Cancellation of packages may require, in addition to the cancellation of the daily rates themselves, the cancellation of extras, such as meals, tickets, tours, etc. These services may be provided by partner companies and therefore may be non-refundable regardless of the cancellation deadline. Consult the commercial department to find out the exact amount to be refunded before canceling.
